What do the following theatres have in common?

All these theatres were built during the Vaudeville era. You can find more of these historical gems at www.historictheatres.org. Because our mission includes treasuring our history, we are collecting stories, memories and photos of the Crighton Theatre.

Stage Right endeavors to capture these priceless memories before they are forever lost to posterity. We will display in the lobby all the memories and photos we have collected to date. Coincidentally this effort aligns with the new United We Serve campaign to help in the nation's recovery and renewal by serving in our communities.

Our current efforts to save Crighton Theatre history include:

  • A website (www.crighton-theatre.com) dedicated to all things, events, and people that promote the Crighton
  • A picture gallery on the Internet to remember events and people at the Crighton
  • A newsletter dedicated to Crighton activities.
  • A theatre news website that includes previous playbills, newsletters, and Dock Line news articles

We have pictures of some previous productions done at the Crighton. However, we have not secured permission to present the pictures publicly.  The pictures are in our archives and can be viewed by those who participated in the productions.
